IT STARTED WITH FIFTEEN MIRRORS

Before The Wedding Rentals existed, we were the ones making the calls.

Between us, Keval and Pratik have spent over fifteen years in the events industry, working across large-format weddings, corporate productions and hospitality projects with some of the most demanding clients in India and abroad.

That work taught us where the industry actually breaks. Not in the design. Not in the vision. In the last mile.

A single function would need mirrors from one supplier, cooling from another, seating from a third, communication equipment from a fourth.
Every one of them meant a separate negotiation, a separate transport cost, a separate security clearance at the hotel, a separate person to chase at two in the morning.

Each of those handoffs was a place where something could go wrong. And often did.

We kept looking for the company that had solved this. The one partner who could take the entire operational list off a planner's hands and simply deliver. We could not find them.

Fifteen mirrors is not an impressive start. We know that. But the standard we set around those fifteen mirrors is the reason everything after them exists.

Every piece arrived clean. Every setup was documented. Every wire was concealed. Every teardown left the venue exactly as we found it. Nobody had to follow up, because nothing was left incomplete.

Planners noticed. They started asking whether we could supply the next thing, and the next. We said yes, and then we made sure we could deliver it to the same standard we had set for the mirrors.

When we started, we had no idea we would end up managing this many SKUs. Today the catalogue runs from vanity mirrors and clothing racks to portable air conditioning, generators, vending machines, photo booths and full production communication systems.

Our newest chapter is SFX by The Wedding Rentals — a complete special effects range built with exactly the same intent. Cold pyros, flame machines, CO2, smoke, fog, snow, confetti and flower showers, delivered and operated by the same team, on the same invoice, to the same standard.
