Renting tables in Mumbai
The covers are the point. A bare trestle table is a piece of site equipment; the same table under a fitted black cover is a registration desk, a buffet line or a gifting table that belongs in a photographed room.
Most rental tables in Mumbai arrive bare and the cover becomes someone else's problem — usually the decorator's, at additional cost, or the planner's, at the last minute. These come dressed, which removes a line item and a phone call.
Best used for

How many do you need?
Registration for 300 guests takes two to three tables with staff behind each. Buffet lines depend on the caterer's layout — ask them for a table count rather than guessing. Backstage, one per function area: sound, lighting, planner, catering.
What to check with the venue ?
Confirm placement with the banquet team, particularly for registration, which often sits in a lobby the property controls tightly. If the tables are going somewhere guests will photograph, mention it — we'll make sure the covers going out are the newest stock rather than working ones.
Booked alongside
Registration setups combine tables with high chairs or standard seating, a printer for on-site reprints, and queue managers to organise the line.
