3. This estimate is valid for 7 days and can only be confirmed once payment towards the same is received by us.

Renting a water dispenser in Mumbai

Every event plan covers guest catering and almost none of them cover water for the people working. Crews on their feet for fourteen hours in Mumbai heat need somewhere to drink that isn't a bar meant for guests.

It matters guest-side too. Between ceremony and reception, in an outdoor holding area, at a mehendi in a garden — the places guests wait are rarely the places drinks are served.

How many do you need ?

One per crew area and one per guest holding area. Outdoor functions in summer need more than you'd expect — a lawn function for 300 guests usually wants two or three positioned around the space.

What to check with the venue ?

A socket for hot and cold function, though units can run cold-only without power. Confirm bottle supply — whether the venue provides them or we should factor them into the booking.

Are water bottles included?

Confirmed at quoting, along with replacements for longer functions. Tell us
expected consumption and duration.

Does it need power?

For hot and cold, yes. Cold-only can run without, which is useful for lawn
positions with no supply.

How many bottles will we get through?

More than expected at summer outdoor functions. We'd rather over-supply
than have it run dry mid-afternoon.

Can it go outdoors?

Yes, under cover. Direct sun affects cooling performance, so we position it
in shade.

Who changes the bottles?

Our crew handles it for functions where we're on site. For longer bookings
we'll agree the arrangement with you.
